I wish I could remember what variety these figs are. Maybe Chicago? They are crazy tasty! Tree is in a pot and comes inside before the first freeze. Paired with a well aged and slightly firm raw goat milk bucheron with a paprika layer and ash coating. Taking the edge off while making dinner!
